Have Yourselves a Merry Little Christmas...
Tuesday the 15th of December sees the last round of games before Christmas and we take the next two Tuesdays off in order that we can do something much more expensive altogether.
We will also be at the half way stage of the season after those games, so I will produce a more extensive list of the various individual standings etc when we resume in the New Year.
We start again on Tuesday the 5th of January.
If I don’t see you before can I wish you and yours a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful 2010.

Weeks 7 & 8...
Two week's worth of information all in one go this time around.
At the end of it all, the A League is traditionally tight at the top with only a handful of points scored separating the two Ox-ffords and the Weaver. The Ox-fford 'C' and the Weaver meet this coming Tuesday in the latest Titan / Clash interface...
The Knot Inn lead the B League by 1 point, the 1 point coming courtesy of their 138-138 draw with the New Castle in Week 7 - the only draw of the season thus far. Only a point behind are the Waters Green Phoenix, British Flag and Albion...
The C League is even tighter with 4 teams tied on 10 points, the Cock Inn, Harrington 'B', Baths Speedos and the Crown, in that order of points scored.
Week 7 Questions…
Of the 11 games this week, 7 were won by teams who went “first first”, i.e. first in the Specialist Round, with 3 won by teams going the other way around, plus 1 draw.
Week 8 Questions…
Most unusual this week – all 11 games were won by teams who went “first first”.
Haydn’s Cars and Vans 4U Ltd Question Setters Trophy spreadsheet to follow as soon as it is available.
